To date we have developed a protocol to better understand the problem of No-Shows and how to select a QI strategy that might be suitable for use in the clinic. The protocol is due to roll out in ~25 clinics across Newfoundland and Labrador between May-October 2025.
We have also provided an evidence summary of a recent scoping review on the reasons for missingness in primary care by Lindsay et al. (2024).
We have created an annotated bibliography of articles that have evaluated strategies to reduce no-shows in primary care.
We created a summary of reflections of the residents who participated in the no-show project.
