Knowledge translation and exchange

We create KT products and support KT activities. The PRIIME Network supports knowledge synthesis, translation, and exchange in priority topics areas by creating and dissemination knowledge translation products and supporting an annual learning cycle.

Catalogue CPCRN and NL primary care research projects

We have created a basic inventory of primary care research projects. We have subdividedthe research projects into four groups: CPCRN-based, team-based primary care, indigenous research, and other. This is a living inventory which we will be constantlyupdating. If you are aware of a primary care-based research project not currently in ourproject inventory, please contact priime@mun.ca, and we can add the project details.

We hope this inventory will serve as a:

  • Project registry that can be a connection point for collaborations and help toreduce redundancy in work.
  • Knowledge translation tool to help share key project messages about progress, results and implications for practice and future research.

Create KT products for priority topics

We produce two main KT products: the project in progress (PiP) summaries and researchsnapshots. The templates were designed with our interest-holder partners for the target audiences of patients, clinicians and policy makers.

Support NL-based primary care conferences

For any primary care conference happening in the province, we are available to attendplanning meetings to ensure conference organizers have access to primary care interest holders represented in our network.

Please view our logic model to learn more about our research activities, their expected outputs, and associated outcomes.
